Full Body Checklist
Feet Grounded in line with shoulders
Knees Unlocked free
Legs Balanced equal weight in both legs
Core Centered spine not stretched or slumped
Shoulders Released broad
Neck Straight not twisted
Head Balanced face straight ahead

Exercise: Try creating a Full Body Checklist -- WITHOUT the violin - just focus on your body position.
